. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،

Masruq says that once he came to Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and asked, "O Mother of the Believers! Did the Prophet (peace be upon him) see his Lord?" She replied, "Glory be to Allah! Hearing your words, my hair has stood on end. Why are you heedless of these three things? Whoever tells you these things in your presence is lying. Whoever tells you that the Prophet (peace be upon him) saw his Lord is lying." Then she recited this verse: "Eyes cannot grasp Him, but He grasps all eyes." And also this verse: "It is not for any human that Allah should speak to him except by revelation or from behind a veil." And whoever tells you news of tomorrow is lying. Then she recited this verse: "With Allah is the knowledge of the Hour, He sends down the rain, and He knows what is in the wombs." And whoever tells you that the Prophet (peace be upon him) concealed something, he is also lying. Then she recited this verse: "O Messenger! Convey all that has been revealed to you from your Lord." However, the Prophet (peace be upon him) saw Jibreel (Gabriel), the trustworthy, twice in his original form.
