Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ طَاوُسٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: فِي التَّقْدِيمِ وَالتَّأْخِيرِ فِي الرَّمْيِ، وَالذَّبْحِ وَالْحَلْقِ: " لَا حَرَجَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated from Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) that when Ma'iz bin Malik came to the Prophet (ﷺ), he said:
"Perhaps you kissed her, or touched her, or looked at her?" He said: No. The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said bluntly: “Did you have intercourse with her?" He said: Yes. At that, he ordered that he be stoned.
