English translation

Ghudaif bin Harith says that I asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), "Tell me, did the Prophet (ﷺ) perform the ghusl of janabah in the early part of the night or the latter part?" She replied, "Sometimes he would perform ghusl in the early part of the night and sometimes in the latter part." Upon this, I said "Allahu Akbar" and expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to Allah who has given ease in this matter." Then I asked, "Tell me, did the Prophet (ﷺ) perform witr in the early part of the night or the latter part?" She replied, "Sometimes he would perform witr in the early part of the night and sometimes in the latter part." Again, I said "Allahu Akbar" and expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to Allah who has given ease in this matter." Then I asked, "Tell me, did the Prophet (ﷺ) recite aloud or silently?" She replied, "Sometimes he would recite aloud and sometimes silently." Again, I said "Allahu Akbar" and expressed gratitude, saying, "Thanks to Allah who has given ease in this matter as well."
