حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنٌ، حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ قَالَتْ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: " مَا مِنْ مُؤْمِنٍ يُشَاكُ شَوْكَةً (١) فَمَا فَوْقَهَا، إِلَّا كُتِبَ (٢) لَهُ بِهَا دَرَجَةٌ، وَكُفِّرَ عَنْهُ بِهَا خَطِيئَةٌ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: Whenever a thorn pricks a Muslim or he suffers any affliction even less than that, then in return, one rank is elevated for him and one sin is forgiven.
