Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، " كَانَ أَحَبُّ الشَّرَابِ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْحُلْوَ الْبَارِدَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the drink most beloved to the Prophet (ﷺ) was that which was sweet and cold.
