حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابٌ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ الْمُبَارَكِ، أَخْبَرَنَا يُونُسُ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ قَالَ: قَالَتْ عَمْرَةُ بِنْتُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ: عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، " تُقْطَعُ يَدُ السَّارِقِ فِي رُبُعِ دِينَارٍ فَصَاعِدًا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: The hand of the thief who steals a quarter dinar or more should be cut off.
