حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْأَعْلَى، عَنْ مَعْمَرٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْحَارِثِ بْنِ هِشَامٍ قَالَ: دَخَلْتُ أَنَا وَأَبِي عَلَى عَائِشَةَ، وَأُمِّ سَلَمَةَ فَقَالَتَا: " إِنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُصْبِحُ جُنُبًا، ثُمَّ يَصُومُ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،

Translation

English translation

Abu Bakr bin Abdur Rahman says that once my father and I went to the service of Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and Umm Salama (may Allah be pleased with her), so both of them said: Sometimes the Prophet (peace be upon him) would be in a state in the morning in which ghusl (ritual bath) was obligatory, and then he would also fast.
