٢٤٠٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ فُضَيْلٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ قَالَ: سُئِلَتْ عَائِشَةُ، وَأُمُّ سَلَمَةَ: أَيُّ الْعَمَلِ كَانَ أَعْجَبَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ؟ قَالَتَا: " مَا دَامَ، وَإِنْ قَلَّ " (١)
Translation
English translation
Someone asked Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) and Umm Salamah (may Allah be pleased with her), "Which deed was most beloved to the Prophet (ﷺ)?" They replied, "That which is done consistently, even if it is little."
