Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that if anyone among the family of the Prophet (ﷺ) would get a fever, the Prophet (ﷺ) would order porridge to be prepared. When it was ready, the Prophet (ﷺ) would order it to be eaten and would say that it strengthens the heart of a saddened person and removes the worries from the heart of a sick person just as any of you women removes dirt from her face with water.
