Original Arabic
٢٤٠٢٤ - حَدَّثَنَا مُعْتَمِرٌ، عَنْ إِسْحَاقَ يَعْنِي ابْنَ سُوَيْدٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، " عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَهَى عَنِ النَّقِيرِ، وَالْمُقَيَّرِ، وَالدُّبَّاءِ، وَالْحَنْتَمِ " (١)
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the use of vessels called naqir, muqayyar, dubba, and hantam.
