حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، وَأَبُو أَحْمَدَ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو (٢) إِسْرَائِيلَ، قَالَ: أَبُو أَحْمَدَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَكَمُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، عَنْ بِلَالٍ، قَالَ: " أَمَرَنِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنْ لَا أُثَوِّبَ فِي شَيْءٍ مِنَ، ، الصَّلَاةِ إِلَّا فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ "، وَقَالَ أَبُو أَحْمَدَ فِي حَدِيثِهِ: قَالَ لِي رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا أَذَّنْتَ فَلَا تُثَوِّبْ ... Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) that I have seen that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) had instructed me not to announce the commencement of prayer after the call to prayer (adhan) for any prayer except the Fajr prayer.
