حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنِ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٍ الزُّهْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ صُعَيْرٍ الْعُذْرِيِّ، وَفِيمَا قَرَأَ عَلَى يَعْقُوبَ الْعُذْرِيِّ، حَلِيفِ بَنِي زُهْرَةَ قَالَ: أَشْرَفَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى أَصْحَابِ أُحُدٍ فَذَكَرَ مَعْنَى حَدِيثِ يَزِيدَ (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
Yaqoub narrated to us, my father narrated to us, from Ibn Ishaq, Muhammad ibn Muslim al-Zuhri narrated to me, from Abdullah ibn Tha'laba ibn Su'air al-Udhri—and in what was read to Yaqoub: al-Udhri, the ally of Banu Zuhrah—he said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, looked over the companions of Uhud, and he mentioned the meaning of the hadith of Yazid.
