حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، أَخْبَرَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ السَّائِبَةِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سُعَادَ، وَكَانَ مَرْضِيًّا مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ، عَنْ أَبِي أَيُّوبَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الْمَاءُ مِنَ الْمَاءِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Ayyub Ansari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The obligation of ghusl (ritual bath) is due to the emission of semen.
