English translation
It is narrated from Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that one night I presented myself in the service of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) so that I could join him in his prayer. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) began the recitation, and his voice was neither too low nor too high—the best recitation, in which the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) recited the verses of Allah to us slowly and clearly. Then he bowed for as long as he had stood, then after raising his head, he stood for as long as he had bowed, and after saying "Sami' Allahu liman hamidah" he said: "All praise is for Allah, Who is the Possessor of power and sovereignty, the Possessor of majesty and greatness." When he finished this long prayer, only a little of the night’s darkness remained.
