Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا مُؤَمَّلٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُسْلِمٍ، حَدَّثَنَا حُصَيْنٌ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَيَرِدَنَّ عَلَيَّ الْحَوْضَ أَقْوَامٌ، فَإِذَا رَأَيْتُهُمْ اخْتُلِجُوا دُونِي، فَأَقُولُ: أَيْ رَبِّ أَصْحَابِي أَصْحَابِي، فَيُقَالُ: إِنَّكَ لَا تَدْرِي مَا أَحْدَثُوا بَعْدَكَ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Hudhaifa (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Some people will come to me at the Pond of Kawthar, and I will see them when they are presented before me, but they will be snatched away from in front of me. I will say, "O Lord! My companions!" It will be said, "You do not know what innovations they introduced after you."
