Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ، عَنْ رِبْعِيٍّ، عَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: كَانَ ـ يَعْنِي النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ـ إِذَا أَوَى إِلَى فِرَاشِهِ وَضَعَ يَدَهُ الْيُمْنَى تَحْتَ خَدِّهِ وَقَالَ: " رَبِّ قِنِي عَذَابَكَ يَوْمَ تَبْعَثُ ـ أَوْ تَجْمَعُ ـ عِبَادَكَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Hudhaifah (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) would come to his bed, he would place his right hand under his cheek and recite this supplication: O my Lord! Protect me from the punishment of the Day when You will raise and gather Your servants.
