حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ (١) أَبِي الزَّعْرَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ بَعْضِ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " كَانَتْ تُعْرَفُ قِرَاءَةُ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي الظُّهْرِ بِتَحْرِيكِ لِحْيَتِهِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that during the Zuhr prayer, the recitation of the Prophet Muhammad (ﷺ) was known by the movement of his blessed beard.
