حَدَّثَنَا يَعْقُوبُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، عَنْ ابْنِ إِسْحَاقَ (٢) ، حَدَّثَنِي عُمَرُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ بْنِ الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ عُرْوَةَ، عَمَّنْ حَدَّثَهُ مِنْ أَصْحَابِ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَأْمُرُنَا أَنْ نَصْنَعَ الْمَسَاجِدَ فِي دُورِنَا، وَأَنْ نُصْلِحَ صَنْعَتَهَا وَنُطَهِّرَهَا " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from a Companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) used to command us to make mosques in our homes and to keep them clean and pure.
