حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ ثَوْبَانَ، عَنْ شَيْخٍ مِنَ الْأَنْصَارِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " حَقٌّ عَلَى، ، كُلِّ مُسْلِمٍ الْغُسْلُ وَالطِّيبُ وَالسِّوَاكُ يَوْمَ الْجُمُعَةِ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from an Ansari companion (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Three things are obligatory upon every Muslim: taking a bath on Friday, using the miswak, and applying perfume, provided that he has it.
