حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " دَفَعَ الرَّايَةَ إِلَى عَلِيِّ بْنِ أَبِي طَالِبٍ يَوْمَ خَيْبَرَ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that on the occasion of the Battle of Khaybar, the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) gave the flag to Ali (may Allah be pleased with him).
