Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، حَدَّثَنِي حُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِنَّ أَحْسَابَ أَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا الَّذِي (١) يَذْهَبُونَ إِلَيْهِ هَذَا الْمَالُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: The lineage of the people of the world, towards which they incline, is wealth and riches.
