Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Sahl (may Allah be pleased with him) that I never saw the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) spreading his hands while supplicating on the pulpit or anywhere else. Whenever the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) supplicated, he would keep his hands equal to his shoulders in front of him and would gesture with his finger.
