حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَحْمُودِ بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا صَلَاةَ لِمَنْ لَمْ يَقْرَأْ بِأُمِّ الْقُرْآنِ فَصَاعِدًا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that I heard the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) saying: The prayer of that person is not valid who cannot recite Surah Al-Fatihah or any other Surah in addition.
