حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَّامٍ الْأَعْرَجِ، عَنِ الْمِقْدَامِ بْنِ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ بْنِ الصَّامِتِ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " جَاهِدُوا فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ؛ فَإِنَّ الْجِهَادَ فِي سَبِيلِ اللهِ بَابٌ مِنْ أَبْوَابِ الْجَنَّةِ يُنَجِّي اللهُ بِهِ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْغَمِّ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Miqdad bin Ma'dikarib (may Allah be pleased with him), and from Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him), that they report the saying of the Noble Prophet (ﷺ): "Strive in the path of Allah, for striving in the path of Allah is one of the doors of Paradise, through which Allah Almighty grants a person deliverance from grief and distress."
