حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدٌ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ شَقِيقٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، كَانَ يُصِيبُ مِنَ الرُّءُوسِ، وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ " (١)،

Translation

English translation

’Amr bin Deenar told us that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) used to say:

The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Crops should not be sold until they become edible.”
