حَدَّثَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ ثَابِتِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ،، ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ اللهُ: " يَا ابْنَ آدَمَ إِذَا أَخَذْتُ كَرِيمَتَيْكَ فَصَبَرْتَ، وَاحْتَسَبْتَ عِنْدَ الصَّدْمَةِ الْأُولَى لَمْ أَرْضَ لَكَ بِثَوَابٍ دُونَ الْجَنَّةِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty says, O son of Adam! If I take away your beloved eyes and you remain patient at the initial moment of shock, seeking reward, then I will not be pleased with any reward for you except Paradise.
