حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عَبْدَ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنَ الْعَدَّاءِ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: تُوُفِّيَ رَجُلٌ فَوَجَدُوا فِي مِئْزَرِهِ دِينَارًا أَوْ دِينَارَيْنِ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " كَيَّةٌ " أَوْ " كَيَّتَانِ " عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، ، الَّذِي يَشُكُّ (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that a man from among the Ashab al-Suffah passed away and left behind one or two dinars. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "These are one or two marks of Hell."
