حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْأَعْمَشَ قَالَ: حُدِّثْتُ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " يُطْبَعُ الْمُؤْمِنُ عَلَى الْخِلَالِ كُلِّهَا إِلَّا الْخِيَانَةَ وَالْكَذِبَ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: A seal can be set upon every habit of a believer except for betrayal and lying.
