حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَلِيُّ بْنُ صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ زَحْرٍ، عَنْ عَلِيِّ بْنِ يَزِيدَ، عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ، عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ (١) : " إِنَّ أَغْبَطَ أَوْلِيَائِي عِنْدِي مُؤْمِنٌ خَفِيِفُ الْحَاذِ ذُو حَظٍّ مِنْ صَلَاةٍ، أَحْسَنَ عِبَادَةَ رَبِّهِ، وَكَانَ فِي النَّاسِ غَامِضًا لَا يُشَارُ إِلَيْهِ (٢) بِالْأَصَابِعِ، فَعُجِّلَتْ مَنِيَّتُهُ، وَقَلَّ تُرَاثُهُ وَقَلَّتْ بَوَاكِيهِ " (٣)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: The most enviable friend to me is the one who has light belongings, offers much prayer, worships his Lord excellently, is hidden from the eyes of people, no one points towards him with their fingers, his death comes quickly, his inheritance is little, and there are few to weep over him.
