حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا خَالِدٌ يَعْنِي الطَّحَّانَ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى التَّيْمِيُّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مُسْلِمٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذٍ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " مَا مِنْ مُسْلِمَيْنِ يُتَوَفَّى لَهُمَا ثَلَاثَةٌ إِلَّا أَدْخَلَهُمَا اللهُ الْجَنَّةَ بِفَضْلِ رَحْمَتِهِ إِيَّاهُمَا ". فَقَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ أَوْ اثْنَانِ؟ قَالَ: " أَوْ اثْنَانِ ". قَالُوا: أَوْ وَاحِدٌ؟ قَالَ: " أَوْ وَاحِدٌ ". ثُمَّ قَالَ: " وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ إِنَّ السِّقْطَ لَيَجُرُّ أُمَّهُ بِسَرَرِهِ إِلَى الْجَنَّةِ إِذَا احْتَسَبَتْهُ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: If three children of a Muslim husband and wife pass away, Allah Almighty will, by His grace and mercy, admit them into Paradise. The companions (may Allah be pleased with them) asked, "O Messenger of Allah! What if there are two children?" He replied, "The same ruling applies to them." They asked, "What if there is one?" He replied, "The same ruling applies to him as well." Then he said, "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, even a miscarried fetus will pull its mother into Paradise, provided she was patient over it."
