حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، أُتِيَ مُعَاذٌ، بِوَقَصِ الْبَقَرِ وَالْعَسَلِ، فَقَالَ: " لَمْ يَأْمُرْنِي النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِيهِمَا بِشَيْءٍ " قَالَ سُفْيَانُ: " الْأَوْقَاصُ: مَا دُونَ الثَّلَاثِينَ " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Muadh bin Jabal (may Allah be pleased with him) that less than thirty cows and some honey were brought to him. He said: The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) did not give me any command regarding having less than thirty cows.
