حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ أَبِي وَائِلٍ، عَنْ مَسْرُوقٍ، عَنْ مُعَاذِ بْنِ جَبَلٍ، قَالَ: " بَعَثَهُ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَى الْيَمَنِ فَأَمَرَهُ أَنْ يَأْخُذَ مِنْ كُلِّ ثَلَاثِينَ مِنَ الْبَقَرِ تَبِيعًا أَوْ تَبِيعَةً، وَمِنْ كُلِّ أَرْبَعِينَ، ، مُسِنَّةً، وَمِنْ كُلِّ حَالِمٍ دِينَارًا أَوْ عِدْلَهُ مَعَافِرَ " (١)، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ، . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Mu'adh (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) sent him to Yemen, he instructed him to take as zakat one-year-old cow from every thirty cows, and one two-year-old cow from every forty, and from every adult, to collect one dinar or its equivalent in Yemeni cloth called "Ma'afir."
