Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يُونُسُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ الْعَطَّارِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ،، ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " يَتَصَدَّقُ بِدِينَارٍ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَجِدْ فَنِصْفُ دِينَارٍ (١) " - يَعْنِي: الَّذِي يَغْشَى امْرَأَتَهُ حَائِضًا - (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn 'Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) and the one who was riding behind him, Usamah bin Zaid, came and we gave him some of this drink. And he said: “Well done; this is the way to make it."
