حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، (١) حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْوَرَكَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حُدَيْجٌ (٢) أَبُو سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ مَطَرِ بْنِ عُكَامِسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يُقَدَّرُ لِأَحَدٍ يَمُوتُ بِأَرْضٍ، إِلَّا حُبِّبَتْ إِلَيْهِ وَجُعِلَ لَهُ إِلَيْهَا حَاجَةٌ " (٣)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Mutrib bin Akamas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: When Allah Almighty decrees death for someone in a particular place, (then love for that place is instilled in his heart and) some need of his is created there.
