English translation

It is narrated from Abu Waqid Al-Laithi (may Allah be pleased with him) that when the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) arrived in Madinah Munawwarah, there were some people there who used to cut off the rumps of goats and the humps of camels. The Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "Whatever part of the animal's body is cut off from a living animal, it is considered carrion (dead meat)."
