حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي هِنْدٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ أَبِي النَّضْرِ، عَنْ بُسْرِ بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: "أَفْضَلُ صَلَاةِ الْمَرْءِ فِي بَيْتِهِ إِلَّا الْمَكْتُوبَةَ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: Apart from the obligatory prayers, performing other prayers at home is the most virtuous for a person.
