حَدَّثَنَا عَارِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مَهْدِيُّ بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ، حَدَّثَنَا غَيْلَانُ، عَنْ شَهْرِ بْنِ حَوْشَبٍ، عَنْ مَعْدِي كَرِبَ، عَنْ أَبِي ذَرٍّ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَرْوِيهِ عَنْ رَبِّهِ قَالَ: "ابْنَ آدَمَ، إِنَّكَ مَا دَعَوْتَنِي وَرَجَوْتَنِي غَفَرْتُ لَكَ عَلَى مَا كَانَ فِيكَ، ابْنَ آدَمَ، إِنْ تَلْقَنِي بِقُرَابِ الْأَرْضِ خَطَايَا لَقِيتُكَ بِقُرَابِهَا مَغْفِرَةً بَعْدَ أَنْ لَا تُشْرِكَ بِي شَيْئًا، ابْنَ آدَمَ إِنَّكَ إِنْ تُذْنِبْ حَتَّى يَبْلُغَ ذَنْبُكَ عَنَانَ السَّمَاءِ، ثُمَّ تَسْتَغْفِرُنِي أَغْفِرْ لَكَ وَلَا أُبَالِي " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Abu Dharr Ghifari (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: Allah Almighty says, "O My servant! However much you worship Me and place your hope in Me, I will forgive all your sins. O My servant! If you come to Me with sins as much as the earth but do not associate anyone with Me, I will meet you with as much forgiveness, and it will not matter to Me."... Then the narrator mentioned the complete hadith.
