حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ حَدَّثَنِي عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْقَوَارِيرِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا جَعْفَرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، حَدَّثَنَا حُبَابٌ (١) الْقُطَعِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيِّ، عَنْ رَجُلٍ، مِنْ عَبْدِ الْقَيْسِ، عَنْ أُبِيٍّ، قَالَ: صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ، فَلَمَّا قَضَى صَلَاتَهُ، أَقْبَلَ عَلَيْنَا بِوَجْهِهِ، ثُمَّ قَالَ: "إِنَّ أَثْقَلَ الصَّلَوَاتِ عَلَى الْمُنَافِقِينَ هَاتَانِ الصَّلَاتَانِ " (٢)، ،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Ubayy bin Ka'b (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) led us in the Fajr prayer. After the prayer, turning towards us, the Noble Prophet (ﷺ) said: "These two prayers (Isha and Fajr) are the heaviest upon the hypocrites."
