حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ الْحَارِثِ، حَدَّثَنِي الْأَسْلَمِيُّ يَعْنِي عَبْدَ اللهِ بْنَ عَامِرٍ، عَنْ عِمْرَانَ بْنِ أَبِي أَنَسٍ، عَنْ سَهْلِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أُبَيِّ بْنِ كَعْبٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ سُئِلَ عَنِ الْمَسْجِدِ الَّذِي، ، أُسِّسَ عَلَى التَّقْوَى؟ فَقَالَ: "هُوَ مَسْجِدِي " (١)،

Translation

English translation

It is narrated from Sahl bin Sa’d (may Allah be pleased with him), with reference to Ubayy bin Ka’b (may Allah be pleased with him), that a person asked about the mosque which was founded on piety, so the Holy Prophet (ﷺ) said: It refers to my mosque.
