حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ فِطْرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي خَالِدٍ الْوَالِبِيِّ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " لَا يَزَالُ هَذَا الْأَمْرُ مُوَائِمًا (٢) أَوْ مُقَارِبًا حَتَّى يَقُومَ اثْنَا عَشَرَ خَلِيفَةً، كُلُّهُمْ مِنْ قُرَيْشٍ " (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir bin Samurah, may Allah be pleased with him, that I heard the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, saying during the Farewell Pilgrimage: "This religion will always prevail over its opponents; no one who opposes or separates from it will be able to harm it, until twelve caliphs have passed in my Ummah, all of whom will be from the Quraysh."
