Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " إِذَا اخْتَلَفْتُمْ فِي الطَّرِيقِ، فَاجْعَلُوهُ سَبْعَ أَذْرُعٍ، وَمَنْ بَنَى بِنَاءً، فَلْيَدْعَمْهُ حَائِطَ جَارِهِ " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It was narrated that Ibn ‘Abbas (رضي الله عنه) said:
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "Nothing makes water najis.”
