حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي غَالِبٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرٌو وَهُوَ ابْنُ طَلْحَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا أَسْبَاطٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ،، ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: ذُكِرَ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْمَدِينَةُ، فَقَالَ: " إِنَّ اللهَ هُوَ سَمَّى الْمَدِينَةَ طَابَةَ "، قَالَ جَابِرٌ: وَأَنَا أَسْمَعُهُ (١)، •
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the mention of Madinah Munawwarah was made before the Prophet (ﷺ), so he said: Allah has named Madinah Munawwarah as "Taba".
