حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو عَمْرٍو الْعَنْبَرِيُّ عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُعَاذِ بْنِ مُعَاذٍ، حَدَّثَنَا أَبِي، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، قَالَ: سَأَلْتُ جَابِرَ بْنَ سَمُرَةَ، عَنْ صِفَةِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ: " كَانَ أَشْكَلَ الْعَيْنِ، ضَلِيعَ الْفَمِ، مَنْهُوسَ الْعَقِبِ " (٢)، ، •
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that there were red streaks in the whiteness of the eyes of the Prophet (peace be upon him), his blessed mouth was wide, and there was little flesh on his blessed shank.
