حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ الرَّبِيعِ وَهُوَ ابْنُ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ الْجُرْجَانِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الصَّمَدِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، " أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ رَجَمَ مَاعِزًا، وَلَمْ يَذْكُرْ جَلْدًا " (٢)، ، •
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir bin Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that Ma'iz confessed to adultery four times before the Prophet (ﷺ), so the Prophet (ﷺ) ordered him to be stoned. The narrator did not mention flogging.
