حَدَّثَنَا حُسَيْنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سِمَاكٍ،، ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ سَمُرَةَ، قَالَ: " كَانَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا صَلَّى الْفَجْرَ قَعَدَ فِي مُصَلَّاهُ حَتَّى تَطْلُعَ الشَّمْسُ "، قَالَ: " وَكَانَ يَقْرَأُ فِي صَلَاةِ الْفَجْرِ بِ ق وَالْقُرْآنِ الْمَجِيدِ، وَكَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ بَعْدُ تَخْفِيفًا " (١)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jabir (may Allah be pleased with him) that after offering the Fajr prayer, he used to remain seated in his place until sunrise, and the Prophet (ﷺ) would recite Surah Qaf and similar surahs in the Fajr prayer and would lead a short prayer.
