حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْعَلَاءِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُسْلِمٍ، عَنِ الْجَارُودِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " ضَالَّةُ الْمُسْلِمِ حَرَقُ النَّارِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Jarood (may Allah be pleased with him) that a lost item of a Muslim is a flame of fire; do not even go near it.
