Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ حُمَيْدٍ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ عُمَرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ يَسْأَلُ السَّائِبَ، مَا سَمِعْتَ فِي السُّكْنَى بِمَكَّةَ؟ فَقَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي الْعَلَاءُ بْنُ الْحَضْرَمِيِّ، أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " لِلْمُهَاجِرِ ثَلَاثًا بَعْدَ الصَّدَرِ " (١)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Alaa that the Prophet (peace be upon him) said that a Muhajir (emigrant) can stay in Makkah Mukarramah for three days after performing the rites of Hajj.
