حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، وَابْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ (٢) أَبِي عَرُوبَةَ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " أَنَّهُ نَهَى عَنْ بَيْعِ الْحَيَوَانِ بِالْحَيَوَانِ نَسِيئَةً "، قَالَ يَحْيَى: ثُمَّ نَسِيَ الْحَسَنُ، فَقَالَ: إِذَا اخْتَلَفَ الصِّنْفَانِ فَلَا بَأْسَ (٣)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale and purchase of an animal for another animal on credit.
