حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنِ الْأَسْوَدِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ الْعَبْديِّ، عَنْ ثَعْلَبَةَ بْنِ عَبَّادٍ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، قَالَ: " صَلَّى بِنَا رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فِي كُسُوفٍ، فَلَمْ نَسْمَعْ لَهُ صَوْتًا " (٢)، ،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) led us in the eclipse prayer, so (he recited quietly and) we did not hear the voice of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him).
