Original Arabic
حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " الصَّلَاةُ الْوُسْطَى صَلَاةُ الْعَصْرِ " (٢)،
Translation
English translation
It is narrated from Samurah (may Allah be pleased with him) that once the Prophet (ﷺ) said: By Salat al-Wusta, the Asr prayer is meant.
